If there is an absolute truth, as Bible believing Christians proclaim,
and
If the absolute truth comes from a merciful God, Who is also all wise, as Bible believing Christians proclaim,
Then there is no good reason to reject the revelation of that God,
and
There is no good reason to refuse to live our lives according to His all sovereign will.
To tell God, "No," is to resist His rule. There can be no stable and orderly social order anywhere in the universe, wherever rebellion against the All Wise, All Loving, All Powerful God exists. We must surrender our minds and our wills to God if we want to be in union with God.
