Evil behavior is never satisfied.
Evil begets more evil, until the person is consumed with evil. A person may have sins in his early years, but there will come a time when sins will have him. The more readily a person gives into his evil propensities and the more freely a person excuses his wicked disposition and behavior, the more quickly and thoroughly that person will be engulfed, irretrievably entangled in a life of corruption. The behavior will become totally infected, the disposition will become totally inflamed, the sensitivity to God will become totally obliterated.
Sin is the cankerous rot that spreads to the whole man (and his relationships), unless he takes steps to terminate it. The only actual cure, deterrent, deliverance from sin, is Jesus (Who saves His people from their sins). All who sin and do not turn to Christ will suffer eternal judgment; those who know the truth of Christ and sin against it, will suffer even more intensely. To whom much is given, much will be required (Lk. 12:45-48).
