02/07/13 PICKING UP SPEED

As American society moves further from Christ and the Bible, and closer to an oppressive worldview, we will see more pressure on Christians to curb their enthusiasm and alter their message, along with actively squelching free speech (at least in the proclamation of Christian faith).

We have already seen FB interrupt accounts of conservative writers, while allowing profanity, pornography, perversion and other prurient postings.

The price for Christian free speech, which actually hurts no one, can be societal scorn and prohibition of public pronouncements. This kind of oppression, in free societies, often starts in the private sector and then is championed by the government, through legal action; whereas, in dictatorial regimes it starts with government.

So, embrace your freedoms and exercise your rights, while you can.
