02/07/13 GOD'S WORK GOD'S WAY

God directed Noah to save his family from the coming flood by building an ark.
He did not tell Noah to save a wicked world.

God directed Noah to build an ark.
He did not direct him to dig drainage ditches or spillways.

Today God is directing us to save our families from the coming judgment.
He is not directing us to save an un-savable world.

I thought about this as I listened to Martha talk about the importance of getting our families into God's ark of safety.
