08/14/13 ALIGNED WITH HERITAGE

The rest of the world looks down on the USA because we do seem to have glaring social and moral problems. Then they want to blame Christianity, since they mistakenly think of the USA as a Christian nation. The USA has been greatly influenced by Christianity in our government and our world view. This is why we hold our freedoms so dearly.

The wickedness in the USA is in spite of the foundation that was laid, not because of it. The wickedness of the citizenry and the leadership is in stark contrast to the stated will of God, as found in the Bible, whereas the history and the actions of these oppressive, dangerous and repressive countries is consistent with the beliefs upon which many of those nations were built.
