09/25/13 SAD, PATHETIC, FUTILE OR TRANSFORMATION

How sad. A person lives his/her life contending with difficulties beyond control, such as sickness and family tragedies, but on top of that they have to suffer the abuse, attack, humiliation that comes from venom filled loved ones.

How pathetic. A person torments loved ones, until the loved the cruel words, spiteful looks and angry actions, by death.

People spend a lifetime, futilely trying to reconcile with loved ones reaching out in love, only to be refused and ridiculed until the day they die.

Are you bringing joy and love to others or are you making their lives miserable? Quick, cheap apologies are useless. An ocean of tears, shed at their graveside will be a cruel mockery of wasted opportunities.

"I'm sorry," is an empty sentiment, unless there is changed behavior. Even God requires the penitent to show his sorrow by a new life.
