11/01/13 SOME THOUGHTS...
The grace and the graces of God are better caught than taught.
Faith that fails in the face of a fray,
Will do you no good on judgment day.
If the ripples of life,
Toss you about,
You've abandoned your faith,
And surrendered to doubt.
The old saying is,
I don't care how loud you shout, how high you jump, so long as you are walking straight when you land.
Cream rises to the top. Oil rises to the top. But then again, so do toxic gases. In fact, the cruel and crude person often boasts, "What comes up, comes out," as if spouting every stupid, insensitive and vicious thought is a virtue; as if the target of their caustic, poisonous vitriol should accept their vehement eruptions.
God is looking for people to worship Him...
