11/09/13 CHANGE YOUR FOCUS
Go to the window. Look at the view. NOW, focus on the individual strands that crisscross, forming the screen. As you focus on the small wires/strands, you will lose sight of the big picture beyond the window.
THIS IS THE VIEW YOU GET WHEN YOU LOOK AT LIFE THROUGH POLITICS INSTEAD OF THE BIBLE.
On the other hand, God will give you a balanced view and will give you answers to the problems of life. The answers of politics are going to be shortsighted and skewed.
This is the frustration I have, as I listen to people arrogantly argue for their party or their candidate. This is also why those who are committed to humanistic endeavors cannot see the futility of their own heroes and champions.
I know that the Bible foretells the self destruction of the present evil world system; so, nothing can be done to stop it. However, I preach with the hope of bringing sight to the blind and understanding to the simple. which will lead them to abandon their sinking vessel and get on board the Old Ship of Zion.
