We have a right to do anything we want to do with our bodies... but it is only acceptable to God if He approves of it.
Otherwise, we are resisting, rejecting and rebelling against His right to rule us. Remember, we are His by creation and by purchase. The Bible says we are bought with a price.
1 Corinthians 6:19-20
(19) What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
(20) For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's.
Therefore a woman can do anything she wants to do with an unwanted pregnancy, provided it does not violate God's will.
OK, we have all violated God's will. This is why Christ came; to save us from our sins. But, to justify disobedience to God's rule is to continue in rebellion.
Having committed adultery should not lead to advocating adultery.
Having gotten drunk, should not lead to advocating drunkenness.
Likewise, having had an abortion should not lead to advocating abortion.
Forty years of Government approved murder of the unborn and 55.8 million victims does not justify abortion. If you have killed an unwanted baby, there is forgiveness for those who humble themselves and call on Christ. God loves you and is merciful.

(8) But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
(9) Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
