There is nothing in Biblical Christianity that is a threat to the well being of any people or nation. The only ones who would not want to live in a country that is guided by Biblical/Christian values are those who want to sin against God and their fellow man.
This is not a call to a theocratic society, but a clear statement that God has the right to require a nation to live by His holy standards. This is the founding principle upon which this nation was built. To remove the foundation is to destroy the structure. People want the success that comes from an orderly, moral nation, but they don't want the requirements that go with such success.

thou shalt not steal (but the legal system has made it possible for the rich to rob the poor and for the lazy to rob the hard worker);
thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor (legal loopholes and blind injustice allows lying to take place in the name of entertainment, parody and other forms of deceit);
thou shalt not commit adultery (now it is unusual to find someone who does not commit adultery, in fact those who choose to be pure are ridiculed by society and the church world);
God condemned the unnatural sexual activity of homosexuality (and now it is a protected practice, while anyone who speaks against it might be considered guilty of "hate speech").
Not only has our society thrown aside the moral law of God, the men who occupy the White House have openly committed adultery, blasphemy, murder, idolatry, larceny, perjury. Hussein is also guilty of promoting the horror of homosexuality and opposing the rightful claims of Israel.
As our nation moves further from these God given directives, our society is being taking down the same path of destruction that other great civilizations have taken before us. The further people get from God the less they agree with His moral law.
In a Christian society, men are allowed to live their lives freely, even if sinful, provided their behavior does not injure or infringe on the freedom and rights of other people. It is because of this very tolerance that America has become a cesspool of ideas and actions. Christians can be tolerant of non believers, provided they observe the basic moral code found in the Bible. However, sinners keep wanting to remove the restrictions on their sinful pleasures and therefore resist the Christian faith.
