05/16/13 ONLY ONE ABIDING KINGDOM
I remember as a child (basically from my early teen years), I would hear about great kingdoms and empires of the past rising and the falling. Of course, the USA had risen to the status of superpower and had become the most loved and hated of all nations. I had no problem believing the USA was the greatest nation on the planet for several reasons. Two of those reasons were that we were neither a kingdom nor an empire.
We were self governed and bowed to no man, because we were free, and we did not go around the world as empire builders, because we believed all nations should be self governed.
Sometimes there were exceptions to THE RULE because of misguided and corrupt leaders. Sometimes we should have planted the Stars and Stripes over defeated enemy States and kept them under our rule.
More people tried to move here than anywhere else in the world and the world's monsters of Communism hated the USA and desired to overthrow us, but God did not allow either the USSR or China to succeed. And, the entire world, whether "free" or oppressed imitated and wanted everything that was American.
No nation ever gave as much and expected less in return, to our friends and to our enemies. The USA has had its flaws, and has been failing and falling away from our foundations, until even our friends take pleasure in criticizing us.
As a child, I never thought the USA would fall as other other great powers have fallen, but I was wrong. It was inevitable.
There is only one eternal Power. America is falling because we have cut loose from our moorings and moved away from God and His word.
My ministry has been sounding the warning clearly since the 1970's. We have been scoffed and despised because of it. The youth of today (foreign and domestic) have never seen America. They have seen the falling version and believed the corrupt press. They have no idea what it was to be the USA. It is interesting to watch other well known and respected ministries FINALLY start to say the same things that made us radical.
But alas my friends, that train has already pulled out. As always, the ultimate message is, BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AND THOU SHALT BE SAVED.
