08/22/13 SELFISHNESS PRECLUDES GRACIOUSNESS

Selfish people never appreciate the cost of a precious gift. They always think they are entitled. In fact, they view the kindness and sacrifice of other people to be a payment and obligation, to which they are due.

Those people are users and abusers of the worst kind. Their callous treatment of others robs themselves and others. The ungrateful and ungracious person is usually arrogant with both God and men. Selfishness and pride eventually destroy all meaningful relationships.
