The Obama Administration? No.
The Assad Administration? No.
The United Nations? No.
The Putin Administration? No.
They all lie when they think it is to their advantage. It has been said for a long time and it applies to every clime: "Truth is the first casualty of war." So, if we want to know the truth, we must trust only the truth sayers. They are found in the Bible.
WAIT A MINUTE, don't label this as "religious" jargon. This a comment on reason and the reasonable. God is reasonable. God says, that knowing the truth will set us free. The only way to be truly free is to know what is true.
This is why I don't jump on political bandwagons; because they can turn off of the prescribed route at any moment. However, the revelation of God is consistent. We can confidently trust its assertions and directives. If you are going to make any important, any vital decisions about anything of any value, please base your decisions on the unchanging word of God
Remember, our words express our thoughts, our words explain our actions. Likewise, God's word reveals His thoughts and explains His actions. God is not silent, concerning the vital issues of life.
Right choices, reasonable decisions are based on reliable information and God's word is truth.
