SIN AIN'T IN THE SKIN or the bones, or the muscles, or the organs. Sin is in the soul of man. As long as we refuse to look at the spiritual condition of man, we will see no need for Jesus and His salvation. It is what is in the inner man (soul) that makes the outer man behave the way he does. Either we serve Christ or something else. Anything besides Christ is sin.

This chart seems to have been designed to point out that all men are the same. It actually points out that all men are the same physically, therefore the cause of evil must be found somewhere else, the soul of man.
As long as we deny God's word (the Holy Bible) we will not truly understand the spiritual condition of man, since the Bible is God's revelation and explanation of the origin, condition, need and destiny of man.
Ignorance is bliss, until you wake up to eternal reality without Christ.
The answer to man's sin problem is not philosophy, ethics, religion, education, race, genetics. The answer to sin is salvation through Christ.
The skeleton of Susan Smith and "Mother" Teresa, or Billy Graham and Ted Bundy are basically the same. The skeleton does not indicate morality. The skeletal structure of Jesus and Mohammed would be the same, but Jesus gave His life for the world He loved and Mohammed took lives to promote his own selfish and sinful agenda.
BTW, whether a person is ultra religious, such as "Mother" Teresa, or is known as a social monster, such as Hitler and Vlad the Impaler, does not matter, if that person does not have a personal relationship and saving faith in Jesus Christ. To break one law of God is to break all the law of God.
James 2:10-11
(10) For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.
(11) For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law.
When the soul is in a saving relationship with Christ, he will not live in opposition to the word of God by killing, raping, sodomizing, fornicating. Sin comes in all races (black, white, brown, red, yellow), all religions (Catholic, Protestant, Hindu, Muslim, Atheist), sexual preferences (straight, homosexual, asexual, bisexual). Sin is a human problem, for all humans, and is solved only by faith in the resurrected Jesus Christ.
Romans 3:23
(23) For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Romans 6:23
(23) For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
The idea that there is no difference between a true Christian and a monster, simply because they have the same physical make up is absurd and deceptive.The Bible says,
John 3:36
(36) He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.
Galatians 6:7-8
(7) Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
(8) For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.
