I wish I could do this (not really, because it is immoral and unjust).
Invent a product that serves my own agenda (though it actually hurts some honest, hard working people), then maneuver the government to make everyone buy my product, whether they want it or not, whether they need it or not (under penalty for failure to sign up), then set up the sign-up system so that it does not work, then fine people because they failed to comply with my impossible mandate.
