Here is a common mistake made by liberals and conservatives (Christians and non-Christian, whites and blacks) alike.
The Christian faith is not defined by any political group, such as the Tea Party, or the Democrats/Republicans.
It is wrong for non-believers to saddle the Christian faith and Bible believers with the errors of any group,
AND it is wrong for Biblical followers of Christ to define or align themselves with anything that distracts from the message of Christ.
There are misled believers who are trying to travel two paths, and it does not work. But remember, such a life is true of that individual, it is not true of Bible faith. Do not reject Christianity because of flawed witnesses or because of false accusations.
