Take the next five minutes to scarf down a light snack. Take a few swallows of water. And finally, take three quick breaths. Now, do not eat anything or drink anything or breathe again for the next 24 hours. After all, if this kind of provision is sufficient for your spirit it should be sufficient for your body also.
