I guess they need to make butcher knives and meat cleavers illegal in the UK.
By the way, I did some research concerning deadliest countries and cities in the world (based on violence and including firearms). Before people point a condemning finger at the USA, they may want to review the facts, the whole set of facts, because things are not what they are popularly purported to be. Racial mix, suicides, accidental deaths, drugs (dealing and using), violent religions, cultural heritage and other factors, related to continents, countries, regions of the world, including the penchant of some nations for war, must be considered.
And don't forget, the reason for the RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS in the USA was for the purpose of the citizenry protecting itself from oppressive government, not for the purpose of robbing the local 7/11 store. And, the 2nd Amendment is still the reason for American right to bear arms. As seen in crime and oppression, this world is no friend of grace.

However, God has given the power of the sword of steel to the State to protect the righteous and punish the wicked, whereas He has given the power of the Sword of the Spirit to believers for the purpose of bringing down the powers of darkness.
As we see fewer soldiers of the cross, we will see a greater need for soldiers of this world. When Christ returns, it will not be as a peaceful Lamb, but as a reigning Lion of the Tribe of Judah. Either we yield to the Prince of Peace in this present evil world or we will be cast down by the coming King of kings in the world to come.
