While doing some research on Christian legal advocacy groups, I came across a video of abortion activity. I have chosen not to share that video, because it is so disturbing. It shows the chopping up of a baby and the removal of his/her body parts from the mother's body, including the separated head (demonstrating the moving mouth), feet, hands, legs and arms (with little bones sticking out). It showed a person scraping a whole body and head out of the mother's womb and pulling it out, much like a hunter or fisherman scooping out the entrails of a butchered animal. I sit here, stunned, disturbed, emotionally upset, heart broken. It is no small thing for a nation to drift from the moorings of Divine revelation and authority. Now Obama insists on making Christians pay for the murder of the unborn. You can either honor Obama, or honor God, you cannot do both. You can either go the way of a godless society or the way of God. You decide whether you will submit to the State or obey God (Acts 5:29).
Joshua 24:14-16
(14) Now therefore fear the LORD, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the LORD.
(15) And if it seem evil unto you to serve the LORD, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites (the Godless), in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD.
(16) And the people answered and said, God forbid that we should forsake the LORD, to serve other gods;
We may not win the world to Jesus, but being part of, being a totally committed part of a strong Bible church, where the pastor is radically committed to Jesus, may be the only way to shore up yourself and your children against the coming tsunami of anti-Christ beliefs, behavior and battering. The more radically Christian we are, the more we will love God, our neighbor and even our enemies; and the more we will hate sin.
